The BIRDWING panel
The BIRDWING panel is produced in thermoplastic material with cellular-macro structure opened at opposite conical stuck cell on the two sides.
The BIRDWING denomination comes from the special internal structure panel like that of the bones of the birds which gives him a better resistance-lightweight relationship.
The material of which the BIRDWING panel is constituted can be:
- HIPS white or grey polystyrene
- PETG trasparent Class1
- transparent or black POLYCARBONATE

Standard size of BIRDWING panel: 3120X1930 mm.
Thicknesses can progressively range from a minimum of 5mm up to a maximum of 75mm, according to the customer's requirements.

Realized in plastics, the Birdwing panel is waterproof to water and does not undergo dimensional changes, nor degradation because of the damp; it is inert to the brackish and the formation of any moulds and bacteria.
The wide contact surface (almost 50%) offers excellent adhesion guarantees in the practicable composite panel production with a wide material range.
In particular FFprocess through productive processes technologically advanced, suitably studied and tested, also ensures the complete and total adhesion on curved lapideous surfaces.
